This historic farmhouse (c. 1760's) underwent a whole house reconstruction involving taking the house to its original stone walls, raising the roof, rebuilding floor systems, and updating the home for a modern family.

This transitional colonial home houses a young, successful family and received updates to accommodate their needs including full kitchen, mud room, living room, and home office renovations.

Facing stucco failure, these homeowners opted to do a full facade upgrade incorporating stone elevations, new windows, a new front door, new siding, and copper downspouts. They also added a backyard spa area with a new deck system for warm season enjoyment.
